In the case of a corporate shareholder, the document must be legalized at the UAE Embassy.

After receiving a license, immigration card, and entry permission, the shareholder or director would need to return to the UAE, in order to get the visa stamped on their passport. Depending on how quickly the procedure moves, this could need them to stay in the UAE for 5 to 7 working days.

Every year, the company immigration/establishment card must be renewed.

Investors must have a share capital of AED 75,000 to qualify for a family status visa, and AED 60,000 to qualify for an Owner/Investor/Partner visa.
