  • Shareholder : Shareholder for DAFZA Company Can be Individuals or Corporate entity (maximum 50)
  • Director : Individuals only (Minimum one. Shareholder can also be Director)
  • Share capital : AED 1,000/- (1 share of AED 1,000/- each) for DAFZA Company Setup & AED Nil/- in case of Branch office. (Required to be deposited in bank before or after company incorporation) Do note that shares are deemed to be issued on company incorporation irrespective of whether share capital is deposited in bank pre or post incorporation.
  • Audit :Annual audit report to be filed in DAFZA (licensing authority)
  • Estimated time :Minimum of 5 – 6 working weeks to obtain final trade license
    Another 7-10 working days for immigration card subject to security clearance & thereafter visa may take approximately 7-10 working days on normal basis.

  9. Entry stamp page for owners/manager
  10. NOC for owners/manager if holding UAE visa

Shareholder: Corporate:

  1. Application form for registration & license to be duly filled & signed
  2. Business plan
  3. Two years audited/financial reports
  4. Passport copy with visa page of manager
  5. Letter of authorization
  6. One PP size colour photo with white background
  7. Applicants personal details (CV)
  8. Following doc’s of corporate entity to be attested with UAE consulate in country of corporate entity: COI/MOA/AOA/POA/Board resolution
  9. Tourist/visit visa copy of manager
  10. Entry stamp page for manager
  11. NOC for manager if holding UAE visa
