- For company formation in UAE, documents need to be legalized with the UAE Embassy in case of corporate shareholder

- Investors need to have a family status UAE visa and should have a share capital of AED 75,000/- and to be eligible for an Owner/Investor/Partner visa should have a share capital of AED 60,000/-
